• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, fancewin may void the bet associated with that round.
• The maximum bet allowed per game session is subject to limits based on the game type and your account tier.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Odds for Sports Betting on fancewin are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet rules will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fancewin. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

Fancewin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false information was provided at the time of registration.
• Failure to submit required verification documents within the designated timeframe.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

You can close your fancewin account at any time. All eligible balance will be available for withdrawal, however any bonus balance will be forfeited. Please contact the support team to request account closure.

For inactive accounts, fancewin may deduct an inactivity fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance per month (whichever is lower) — the balance will never fall below zero.
